Good On The Bun Burger Pop up

This pop-up is inspired by our favorite fast casual burger SHACK. We gave it great ingredients and our own spin.

We start with the best ribeye and short ribs we can find. We hand grind the meat in-house and hand form each burger.

These thin, but hearty, patties head straight to the flat top for the most delicious, old-fashioned, cookery. Served medium-well and juicy.

Topped with lettuce, tomato, THE SAUCE, and cheese. 

We suggest not modifying toppings for best experience, however please list any omissions in the notes below.
